Based in Portland, Maine, Marin Skincare was founded in 2017 by biomedical engineers Amber Boutiette and Patrick Breeding, who met as graduate students at the University of Maine. After years of struggling with eczema, they discovered a glycoprotein that helps lobsters heal wounds and regenerate limbs, and put it to work on their own skin. Upcycled from lobster processing byproducts, this marine glycoprotein is the key ingredient in their Soothing Hydration Cream and lip treatments. MOB Member since 2022.
