The MOB Shop brings together gear and gifts from Maine's outdoor makers. Every purchase goes directly to the founders behind each brand and supports MOB's work connecting, growing, and championing Maine's outdoor entrepreneurs.

Based in South Portland, Brant & Cochran was founded by brothers Steve & Mark Ferguson and their friend Barry Worthing. They make heirloom-quality axes from American steel, handmade by skilled makers in their shop. The company started in 2015, when Steve couldn't find a good American-made axe and decided to do something about it. Their axes have shipped to all 50 states and around the world, and Field & Stream named them one of the four best axes in the world. MOB member since 2018.
