Made from patented StokedPlastic® - 100% ocean-found water bottles that are recycled and used to design premium eyewear. Each pair of Briny’s is 4 water bottles removed from the ocean — keeping the planet and you looking cool for years to come. Each pair includes a StokedPlastic® case and microfiber cloth.

Based in Kennebunkport, Maine, Opolis Optics was founded by James Merrill in 2020. The company makes sunglasses and ski and snowboard goggles built on StokedPlastic®, a fully sustainable blend derived from ocean-bound water bottles, developed with the University of Southern Maine. After a decade as a U.S. government contractor abroad, Merrill saw a direct link between plastic pollution and violence and decided to act. Opolis owns this eyewear technology, supporting its claim to be the most sustainable eyewear brand on earth. MOB member since 2021.
