Like our original Extreme Cold Mitt, this all-leather version features a sweat-wicking interior, and multiple insulative layers—including a GORE-TEX® insert between the inner and outer layers—providing complete waterproofness. These premium all-leather winter mittens deliver a level of quality, comfort, and insulation only Mainers provides, and feature extreme wind resistance and durability. Care Instructions
Mainers mitts can be machine washed. For best results, we suggest placing them in a mesh garment washing bag to prevent inversion of the inner and outer components.
Use a gentle washing cycle and warm water (not hot water). Do not use harsh detergents or bleach, instead we recommend using a detergent specifically designed for technical fabrics, such as SPORT-WASH. Air dry by standing the gloves or mitts on their gauntlets or hanging them by the front tips.
