Our version of this quintessential Thai dish captures the four Thai flavors of sweet, salty, sour and spicy. Traditional Banh Pho rice noodles are served with carrots, bean sprouts and peanuts in a flavorful wild American shrimp sauce.

    Cooking Instructions
    1. Tear pouch open and REMOVE oxygen absorber.
    2. SINGLE SERVING Add a little more than one cup (250ML) of BOILING(yes, boiling) water to bag.
    3. STIR and reseal. HANG OUT for 15 minutes. Think about how big the universe is.
    4. OPEN.STIR AGAIN.EAT.SMILE.
    5. Rehydration will take LONGER at higher altitudes.

    Where are your shrimp sourced?
    We use wild-caught, American Gulf shrimp, caught in the Gulf of Mexico. These little crustaceans pack a lot of flavor and protein—17g per single serving, or 32g for an entire double serving.

    Are there a lot of peanuts?
    We include a separate pouch of dry-roasted peanuts in every meal, so you can choose to add a lot or just a little. Pro tip: We like to top the Pad Thai with the peanuts after it's rehydrated, so they retain their crunch.
